AutoScholar's Working Areas

With notice (and within reason), we're happy to pick up and drop off our clients anywhere inside our working area: at work, for example, or college, the shops - even home!

We routinely pick up for driving lessons and drop off in the following areas:

Sale, Brooklands, Northern Moor, Northenden, Ashton-on-Mersey, Timperley, Baguley, Altrincham, Bowdon, Hale, Hale Barns

Postcode areas:

M33, WA14, WA15

Driving Test Centres

For DVSA driving tests we usually use the DVSA Driving Test Centres at Sale and West Disdsbury DTC.

Occasionally, if clients particularly require it, we use Bredbury MPTC. We have also on occasions used Warrington, Macclesfield, Northwich and Cheatham Hill DTCs.

"DVSA" stands for Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, the organisation that conducts driving tests on behalf of the UK government.

"DTC" stands for Driving Test Centre, the DVSA premises where driving tests start and finish.

"MPTC" stands for Multi Purpose Test Centre, DTCs for car, motorcycle, lorry and bus driving tests.
